Other payment methods
Paying with Maya on Binance, Bybit and OKX P2P
The platforms tag this wallet differently. In the ads this page reads, Binance and Bybit sellers use "Maya", Bitget uses "ewallet - Maya", and OKX writes "PayMaya" (HTX "Paymaya"), the app's former name; some OKX ads also carry a separate "Maya bank" tag. Maya's own site says the app is run by two companies, Maya Philippines, Inc. for payments and Maya Bank, Inc. for digital banking, both regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
OKX's P2P user rules require the paying account to be held in the name verified on your OKX profile, and using a payment method that is not in your real name suspends P2P for a minimum of 15 days. OKX does not check names itself: its payment-method page leaves the sender-versus-holder comparison to the two parties, and the seller must confirm a match before releasing. Once full payment is confirmed, the seller has 15 minutes to release. Binance's policy carries the same name requirement with a seven-day minimum suspension.
Paying a seller's Maya number or @username is a Send Money transfer between Maya users, a feature Maya ties to an upgraded account. Paying a seller's GCash or bank account goes out through Bank Transfer over InstaPay; Maya's fee for each successful InstaPay transfer to another bank is PHP 10.
Settlement time and limits
The monthly wallet ceilings for Basic and Upgraded accounts, and the cap on each InstaPay receipt, are set out on the peso page. Maya's limits table has more rows that matter here. An Upgraded account can send other Maya users up to PHP 20,000 per transaction and PHP 100,000 a day, with 60 such transfers a month. Its InstaPay sending stops at PHP 50,000 a day, PHP 100,000 a month and 40 transfers a month. Two higher tiers, Super and Ultimate users, lift the monthly wallet balance limit to PHP 500,000 and PHP 5,000,000.
When an outage or system timeout catches an InstaPay transfer, Maya says it either returns the money on the next banking day or delivers it within two banking days. To trace a payment, Maya points to the 6-digit InstaPay reference number in the sender's history, which should match the last six digits of the invoice or reference number on the receiving bank or wallet's record.
What goes wrong
- Acting for other people. Maya's terms bar "selling, leasing or giving your Account to a third party" and "earning monies, goods or services by performing transactions using the Services for a third party". They also prohibit concealing your true name, with the Anti-Alias Law cited. OKX's rules list selling, lending or renting an exchange account among the cases where P2P can be disabled and accounts frozen.
- Funds on hold. Maya can hold specific funds while it reviews unusual or high-risk transactions, aiming to finish within 30 calendar days. It may ask for a government ID, proof that you own the payment method and the purpose of the transfer; the rest of the balance stays usable.
- Closure notices. If Maya decides an account can no longer be used, cash-ins and incoming Maya transfers stop, while other functions keep working for seven days so the balance can be moved out.
- Irreversible sends. Under Maya's terms a confirmed transaction cannot be cancelled, and once the money is in the recipient's account Maya cannot reverse it without a court order or authorization.
- Failed InstaPay. Maya lists a receiving account that has exceeded its inflow limit among the reasons a transfer fails, next to frozen, blocked or dormant accounts.

Questions people ask
How much is USDT right now when paying with Maya?
Counting only ads that accept Maya, a 1,000 USDT order averaged 64.135 PHP (about 64,135 PHP) in the latest observation, across 61 ads. The cards above refresh every 90 seconds.
Which platform has the most sellers accepting Maya?
In the latest observation OKX P2P had the most checked Maya ads (29). Counts move all day; the sellers table above is sorted by price and names the platform.
How is the price on this page calculated?
We take the public P2P ads of Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget and HTX, keep the ones that can fill the order size, walk them from the best price and average what the order would cost. Bait prices more than 3% better than the median of the top 20, and merchants under 50 orders or below 90% completion, are excluded. Numbers are recomputed every 90 seconds; the methodology page has the full rules.
When does the Maya account limit reset?
According to Maya's help centre, reaching a limit stops both sending and receiving until it resets. Daily limits come back the next day, and monthly limits reset on the first day of the next calendar month. To check your position, open the Maya app, tap the profile button at the upper left to open the drawer, choose Account Limits and switch between the daily and monthly tabs. On a P2P order this cuts both ways: a seller whose Maya account is at its limit cannot accept your payment until the reset either.
What are the Maya upgrade account requirements?
Maya's account limits page lists four: a video selfie, a valid ID, a verified address and verified personal information. Its help centre says one or two valid IDs are enough, that upgrading is free and takes only a few minutes, and that it is optional. For P2P it is the step that unlocks instant transfers to other Maya users and transfers to bank accounts, which is how a buyer pays a seller. Higher limits come with it, and the figures for every tier are in the table on that same Maya page.
Why is my Maya account restricted?
Maya's terms allow it to suspend or block a transaction or an account automatically when it has reason to believe it may be illegal, used for fraudulent or suspicious business, or used by an unauthorized person, and Maya does not have to warn you first. Its restricted-mode help page sorts the cases into lost cards or devices, hacked accounts, declined upgrades, closure notices and unusual-activity alerts. For an unusual-activity hold, Maya says to look for the email or SMS that gives the reason and timeline, reply within 24 to 48 hours with any documents requested, and use in-app chat or the hotline, open 8 AM to 7 PM daily.
