Other payment methods
Paying with Easypaisa on Binance, Bybit and OKX P2P
On the ads behind the cards above, Binance, Bybit and HTX label the wallet "Easypaisa-PK Only", while OKX and Bitget use plain "Easypaisa"; this page counts both.
Easypaisa takes the account name from the CNIC used to open the wallet and does not let you change it. It allows one wallet per CNIC, and the wallet number is your mobile number. Binance requires the payer's account name to be identical to your verified Binance name and suspends P2P for at least 7 days after a payment from an account in someone else's name; OKX sets that suspension at a minimum of 15 days. Bybit's terms bar third-party payment unless the platform has approved the account, and let a seller send such a payment back to the original payer within 48 hours.
Pay within the timer the seller sets, then press the button that marks the order paid: "Transferred, notify seller" on Binance, "Payment completed" on OKX, "Payment Complete" on Bybit. Pressing it before the money has left can get your account suspended or frozen. Once a seller confirms the full amount has arrived, Binance and OKX give them 15 minutes to release the USDT and Bybit gives 10. Bybit expects one order to be paid in a single transfer and may treat a split payment as irregular, so check what is left of your daily cap before taking a large order.
Settlement time and limits
The USDT to PKR page covers Easypaisa's level-based caps and its monthly free-transfer allowance. Underneath that: you raise your level in the app through your profile picture, then "Account Level", then "Upgrade your Account", scanning both hands. Easypaisa's schedule of charges for October to December 2026 prices in-app biometric verification from Level 0 to Level 1 at Rs 99 per submission, and a request to move from Level 1 to an Asaan Digital Account at Rs 75 per submission.
Easypaisa describes its transfers to any account or wallet in Pakistan as instant. Each one produces a receipt with a transaction ID (Trx ID) that you can keep as an image or PDF; the app shows only 30 days of history, and older statements come through the helpline. Binance and OKX say the amount you send should cover any provider charge unless both sides agreed otherwise, and a seller who has a fee deducted must prove it.
What goes wrong
- Words in the payment remarks. Binance's appeal rules say that if a buyer writes terms such as "digital currency", "C2C/P2P", "Binance" or "BTC" in the remarks, support asks the seller either to release or to refund, and refund costs fall on the buyer. Bybit's terms list "USDT, Cryptocurrency, and Bybit purchase" as wording not to use.
- Sending to the wrong number. Easypaisa lets you reverse a CNIC transfer inside the app; for a transfer to another wallet or a bank, its FAQ points you to the helpline. Binance's appeal rules leave a payment to any account other than the one in the order at the buyer's risk.
- Weak proof. OKX counts proof of payment only if it was issued from the payment app or website and has not been altered, so keep the receipt as the app produced it.
- A locked or dormant wallet. Too many wrong PIN attempts block the account; Easypaisa's fix is to dial *786*8*1#, confirm your 13-digit CNIC and set a new PIN. After 90 days without activity the wallet turns dormant until you deposit money. One wallet cannot be open on two phones at once.

Easypaisa account blocked: how do I unblock it?
Easypaisa's FAQ covers two kinds of block. After too many wrong PIN attempts, dial *786*8*1# from your registered number, enter your 13-digit CNIC and set a new 5-digit PIN; that reactivates the account. A wallet with no activity for 90 days is marked dormant to protect it from fraud, and depositing money makes it active again. For anything else, Easypaisa customer care is on 042-111-003737, or 3737 from a Telenor number. A restriction a P2P exchange places on your exchange account is separate and is lifted by that exchange, not by Easypaisa.
How do I increase my Easypaisa limit?
Easypaisa ties its sending and receiving limits to your account level, and the level goes up through verification inside the app: tap your profile picture, open Account Level, choose Upgrade your Account, scan your left and right hand, fill in your details and tap Upgrade. Easypaisa's schedule of charges for October to December 2026 lists Rs 99 per submission for in-app biometric verification from Level 0 to Level 1, and Rs 75 per submission when you ask to be upgraded from Level 1 to an Asaan Digital Account. What is the Binance Easypaisa MoU?
On 17 June 2026 easypaisa digital bank announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Binance in Islamabad. The two firms agreed to hold exploratory discussions on possible work in Pakistan's digital savings and investment market, and the release names awareness, education and capacity-building as possible initiatives. It says any future collaboration depends on regulatory approvals and licensing requirements. For P2P orders, Binance's P2P policy, as read on 28 October 2026, describes the payment methods on its market as options for transfers between users and says Binance has no business relationship with them.
